Cancellation Policy
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may need to be rescheduled. During business hours: Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation charges.
After business hours: Appointment cancellation made on voicemail or email must be made within 48 hours to avoid cancellation charges.
•For appointments 30min – 90min: $50.00
•For appointments over 90 min: $150.00
